Bonus balance, not cash
Every free spin result lands in your bonus balance and stays bonus money until the wagering is complete, so nothing is withdrawable on the first win.
How long do I have to wager?
The clock starts once the spins are credited, and the wager of the nodep offer closes after 7 days, so plan the play soon after the code lands.
1xcasino counts slots in full
Play the slot named in the offer and every bet counts in full toward the wager; other titles add less or nothing, so check before you switch.
1xcasino sets 38x
Both welcome offers carry a 38x multiplier on the bonus, which means the winnings must be staked 38 times before a withdrawal request is accepted.

Setup path
Where do the spins actually appear?
Follow this once a code is claimed and the counter still reads zero.
Nickname out, ID in
Type your name exactly as it appears on your photo ID, because spins without deposit can ask for a phone or identity check first.
Which box takes the code?
Paste the code in the bonus area, or let the offer sit in your account; the activation window is 1 day for the no-deposit batch.
One game, one stake
Load the named game from the offer, since the credit sits on that title alone and plays at the fixed value shown.
Can you withdraw before finishing?
Winnings stay as bonus money until you turn them over the stated number of times, within the days the terms allow.
Weighing the numbers
What the spins return once the average lands
Multiply the spin count by the value of each spin, apply the slot's return figure, then multiply that win by the wagering factor. Figures below are estimates.
Claiming spins commits you to nothing beyond their terms. Set a deposit limit, take a session reminder, pause with a cooling-off period or close the account through self-exclusion whenever you decide to. If play stops feeling like a choice, the Problem Gambling Foundation of New Zealand and the Gambling Helpline New Zealand are free to call.
Deposit limits. Fix a ceiling on what you can add to the account, so the next deposit cannot exceed the amount you chose.
Self-exclusion. Close your account for a period you pick, with no access to the lobby until the chosen spell ends.
Cooling-off periods. Block entry for a set stretch of days while keeping the door open for your return later.
1xcasino spins explained
1xcasino answers the seven things players ask
The answers below cover the points players raise after the spins have already landed.
trustHow do I get free spins for inviting a friend?+
Bring a friend who deposits at least NZ$30 and you receive 100 spins at NZ$0.10 on Chilli Heat Megaways. Those spins carry no wagering requirement, last one day to claim and five days to use, with a maximum bet of NZ$4. You can do this for up to 10 friends.
trustDo I need to wager my spin winnings before cashing out?+
Any win from spins arrives as bonus money, so you withdraw it only once the wagering tied to that offer is completed. The welcome package asks for 38x on the bonus and gives you 43 days. Verify your identity first, since checks take up to 72 hours.
trustDo I need to claim the same spins every week?+
Weekly rounds run on a schedule: 25 spins on Jokers Jewels each Saturday with a NZ$30 deposit, then 75 spins on Black Horse each Sunday with a NZ$25 deposit. A daily prize wheel hands out as many as 20 spins. Referral rounds are open while you have friends left to invite.
trustWhat happens when I take the no deposit spins before depositing?+
Both routes can be used, and they work separately. The 15 spins from code 1XCA15 on Fruit Party need no payment, while the 283 welcome spins on Buffalo King Megaways follow your first deposit of NZ$7 or more. Each offer keeps its own wagering terms.
trustWhy do some players receive far more spins than others?+
Referral rounds reach 100 spins when you bring a friend who deposits NZ$30 or more. The monthly VIP ladder goes further, topping out at 500 spins for level 5 members. Every route stays inside the same terms on wagering, maximum bet and time to use them.
trustWhat happens when a spin offer is disputed under the licence?+
The site runs under a licence held by 1xcasino LLC from the Anjouan Offshore Finance Authority, number ALSI-914938. That regulator oversees the terms you accept, including how bonus money and withdrawals are handled. Disputes follow the process set out in the casino's own conditions.
trustWhat if my Fruit Party win is larger than the payout limit?+
Bonus money from spins without deposit caps at NZ$50, because the casino carries the cost of the rounds with nothing paid in. Anything above that ceiling stays in the account and is not paid out. Once the 60x wagering on the winnings clears, the capped amount is yours.
Your spins recovered
Missing spins: from gone to spinning
Most missing spins come from one small step, and this block names the five usual causes.
Bonus section left unopened
Spins do not appear by themselves; open the bonus section of your account, find the offer and press the activation button before any reel turns.
Right slot, not the wrong one
Each offer runs on one named slot, so spins stay invisible inside any other game; load that exact title and the spin counter appears.
Can I still use last night's spins?
Daily spins expire at midnight, so a batch you left unused is already closed; claim the next drop instead of chasing the old one.
Verification unlocks the spins
The spin route without deposit asks for a confirmed phone number and identity, so finish those checks in your profile and the spins are credited.
